Trip dates and prices adventure ecotours in Bariloche Patagonia Argentina

We have scheduled dates for our ecotour adventure trip expeditions, however we may organize special trips at any date providing there is minimum group of 4 people (some trips require a minimum of 5 people). Our trips are also flexible so we can offer you tailor made options and whole trips if there is a minimum group size.

25% payment via bank transfer or deposit is required for all trips to reserve a spot. Prices do not include airfare though we can help you with travel arrangements. There is a minimum of 4 or 5 participants for each trip.

Trip Inclusions and Exclusions:
Trip rates include: accommodations ( not in one day trips hostel, cabins, inns or camping depending on the trip), full boarding during activity days not in the leisure days or optional activities (4 meals daily) Permanent assistance by experienced mountain guide, excursions mentioned on each trip and shuttle services mentioned as included (boat fares, bus transport), adventure sports equipment and specialized guide for each particular tour.
Trip rates do not include: medical / trip insurance, airfare, airport taxes, meals during the optional activities or leisure days, beverages, optional activities, and individual costs not provided to the rest of the clients. Trip price does not include gratuities for the guides.

Trip Cost, Deposit and Cancellation: To reserve space, send a completed reservation form with a 25% deposit per person to Eco-family. Telephone reservations are acceptable but a deposit and completed reservation form must be received within two weeks to maintain a reservation. The full balance of the trip cost is due 20 days before the trip departure date. If you book less that 20 days prior to departure you extra charges may apply. If this balance is not paid 20 days prior to departure, Eco-Familys reserves the right to cancel the client's reservation. If a reservation is made less than 20 days prior to departure, the full balance of the trip is due at that time. A client's cancellation is effective on the date Eco-Family receives written notice of the cancellation. If cancellation notice is received over 60 days before departure, a trip cost payment and the 50% of deposit will be refunded; if received 90 days before departure, a trip cost payment and the deposit will be refunded; if received 20 days before departure, one-half of the trip cost will be refunded; and if received less than 20 days, there will be no refund.
If a client is prevented from traveling due to serious illness, death in the immediate family or a similar catastrophe, at Eco-Family sole discretion, the client may transfer to another trip or locate another qualified individual to take client's space subject to the replacement client executing the required documents.
Eco-Family reserves the right to cancel a trip up to 30 days prior to departure on the condition that 100% of the trip cost payment and deposit be returned to the client. Eco-Family may cancel a trip within 30 days of departure for reasons of force major, unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside the company's control. When a trip is canceled by Eco-Family, the client may choose between a full refund of all funds paid and any alternative trip with open reservation space offered by Eco-Family, subject to an adjustment for any difference in costs.

Eco-Family recommends that all clients purchase traveler's insurance and can help clients locate an agent.
