The rooms in Hostel Arko - Bariloche Patagonia Argentina

In the new hostel building, built by the Arko family house, we have 6 bedrooms, a dinning room and front desk.

Each room has its own outdoor door. (like an apartment) A roofed gallery with transparent roof tiles and paved floor allows you to walk through the whole alley protected from the raw weather.

The entrance to the hostel has a personal code protected locked gate. When you check in to the hostel you get a personal code to open the gate. The first door at the gallery is the front desk office the fourth door is the dinning room.



There are two rooms at the first floor, the other rooms are at ground floor. There are steps along the whole building because it was built on a the slope of the hill, a step like building.

Each room has its own fully equipped and furnished private bathroom and WC with shower and an outdoor window. There is hot water 24 hrs daily thanks to a special system which allows the hot water to get immediately to the tap with good pressure.






The rooms may be double private rooms or four bed shared dorms. The double rooms may have two twin beds or a queen size double bed. Shared rooms, dorms type have bunk bed for five people.

Each room has a window overlooking to the garden with a nice lawn and rose plants. The windows have locks so you may open it if you want to enjoy fresh Patagonian air.





The windows have two folds of curtains (one translucent thin and a second thick almost black out type) so you may adjust the natural light in the room according to your own preferences.

The rooms have a warm, non aggressive lighting system filtering the light through a handcraft paper lampshade decorated with flowers for the bed table light as well as on the wall and ceiling lights.

the Hostel arko has a central heating system with aluminum radiator panels.

All the beds have comfortable spring mattress trademark Regina Soñador Bonel.
